When I went to D.C. it was really, really cold. I have lived in tropic/subtropic climates all my life and this change of weather did not suit me. But, this gave me the opportunity to style an outfit for the chilly spring weather most people are experiencing.
I wore this look when visiting the monuments and standing in front of the white house. Granted I had a jacket over it most of the day, I got some pictures for you guys in front of some beautiful trees in front of the World War II Memorial.
