Hello Lovelies!
If you have been following my blog from the very beginning, you would know that I made this blog in order to show my progress throughout the year on my resolutions and to share my interests with others. I have learned so much and I am extremely grateful! This blog was my outlet, a place where I could really be myself, it was my safety spot.
Because of this I had a realization: I am not myself, I don't feel myself, I don't like myself, and I need to change. So I asked my most trusted friend for advice and his answer was simple: Just be yourself. But this task was not as easy as one would imagine.
So, for the year of 2015 I have one finite resolution:
To be the best me I can be.
I love and respect myself too much to continue changing to suit the people around me. Negativity is no longer allowed. Kindness, respect, and etiquette is a must. Never let anyone tell you that God is unreal. Most of all, never lose sight of who you are and what your values/priorities are.
For this New Years I implore you to look back upon the year 2014. Recall all the mistakes you made, forgive yourself and the people who hurt you, and make the changes necessary to better yourself. So many people take this time to make weight loss goals, seek absolute happiness, and to party, but New Years can be so much more.
Change, whether physical or emotional, will not come quickly and it will be difficult {all change is}. But that is not to discourage you, if not motivate you to overcome a challenge. Take the challenge, be the best you this upcoming year.
I hope you have a wonderful year filled with many blessings.
xoxo, Ana.
