I finally got around to being a bit more productive today. I'm so happy that I get to home soon, but I'm also very sad that I have to leave but my island and family behind.
So I made my grandmother and aunt some new placemats because they desperately needed them. They are just two pieces of fabric sewn right sides together and then topstitched to finish the edges. Simple, but a great gesture for anyone you want to give a simple gift to.
